Northeast IS has one of the best service department I’ve ever dealt with. The small business I work for purchased a NEC phone system from Northeast IS over 10 years ago. To this day when I call for assistance I still get phone support w/o charge. Many of my other vendors would use the fact that it is an older system to charge for the phone support or justify service calls when the issue could be resolved with phone support. Northeast IS sends service technicians when needed and doesn’t when they are not. I would recommend Northeast IS because they are good at what they do and are easy to deal with in general.

If you choose to do business with this company, this is how it will go based on my experience. They will steer you to an NEC system which they claim they are the only providers in the area for (later found out that was untrue)The system will work most of the time but every few months it will go down and you will not be able to accept calls as a businessThey will blame Spectrum or Verizon every time. Spectrum and Verizon will blame North East ISYou will get service call bills from both sides and the problem will still not be fixedWhen you decide you have had enough ,they will hold you admin password to themselves so nobody else can service the equipment you boughtRun far far away from this company

WOW! I am totally blown away with these guys! We had them do our phone system over 25 years ago and decided to call in several others, and them for an update and new system. They came in with the best price possible and we have had such a smooth transition! Modern, tech savvy and fully functional, I can operate this phone from HOME! It has all the toots and whistles and their staff and support....OLD school style. You call, they help. They drop everything! Really please with Kevin. We had a non-performing phone system from another provider and Chris Marino from Gracecom expeditiously quoted, and installed a new 16 station NEC phone system for us in 2009 which is still working beautifully. We still think of them as our "new" phones. Chris is professional and knowledgeable, and he and his tech Brian worked with me, one-on-one as the administrator, to understand the system and get the most out of it. I wish all of our vendors were as professional and knowledgeable and committed to quality and excellence as Gracecom. It is an absolute pleasure to work with them.

The installation is going smoothly and Brian has been on location to trouble shoot any of our problems or issues that did arise.
